摘要:

煤矿井下综采工作面输送设备是煤矿生产的重要组成部分,其工作的可靠性、安全性和高效性直接影响着煤矿的生产效率和生产安全及其相关的经济指标,为了实现对煤矿综采工作面输送设备的集中监控,本文设计了基于可编程计算机控制器的工作面输送设备监控平台。系统采用基于RS485的Modbus RTU通信协议。平台采集各个分站的监测参数,并对采集到的数据进行显示、存储和故障诊断。若发现异常则故障报警并采取紧急的手动和自动的启停控制。通过大量的试验验证表明:系统安全可靠,实用性强。

Abstract:

Coal mine fully mechanized coal face conveyor equipment is an important part of the coal production. Its work, reliability, security and efficiency of a direct impact on the efficiency, production safety and its related economic indicators of the coal mine production. In order to achieve the centralized monitor of transportation equipment of fully mechanized working face, this paper designs the mining face conveyor system monitoring measure flat base on PCC. This system is based on RS485 Modbus RTU communication protocol. Platform collects the monitoring parameters of the various sub-stations, and using the collected data for display, storage and fault diagnosis. If it is found abnormal, fault alarm and take the emergency manual. It shows that system is safety, reliable and practical through lots of experiments.
